Greening of the Canal. Downtown Indianpolis 3-17-2010

Every Year, before the St.Patrick’s Day Downtown Parade the city takes part to celebrate St.Patrick’s Day by turning the downtown canal green on March 17th, 2010. In which dignitaries and guests will pour dye into the canal which will produce a brilliant green fountain for the rest of the day. This event usually begins aprox at 6am and takes about an hour.
I was not out at that time but this is the video of the canal afterwards aprox about 1:30-2:00pm that afternoon of St.Patrick’s Day in which I went to shortly after the parade ended.
